Dylan Joyner is the Youth Pastor at FBC Elberton. Dylan is originally from Lexington, SC where he first felt called to Youth Ministry. Dylan is married to the talented and creative, Kate, who he considers to be his “partner in crime”. He graduated from Liberty University in the spring of 2015 and is now working to complete his Master of Divinity degree at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dylan loves building relationships with our students, and he hopes that relational discipleship with our students will help to shine the light of Jesus Christ in our community. When not doing student ministry, Dylan is probably participating in something sports-related, as he is a self-professed sports fanatic. He is a die-hard Florida Gator fan, and he loves to watch his Boston Red Sox beat the Yankees in baseball.
Fun Fact: Dylan loves the band “Rend Collective” and wishes that he could be as cool as they are.
